Pourquoi KUTAVAR ?
Why do all CNC Plasma machines come in two forms, either water or mechanical zoned extraction? Why do you have to choose one or the other? What would happen if in the future your requirements were to change, and there was the need to alter from water to extraction? What if you want both; both water and zoned extraction in one machine?
It was at this point we began to design a machine that was versatile in its application, allowing an easy interchangeable solution between water and zoned extraction or, both.

KUTAVAR was designed to push the boundaries of the market sector it sits within, simply by introducing component design and tolerance that is unrivalled, only present in larger-scale machinery sectors.
KUTAVAR allows the end-user to have a versatile machine, allowing customers to increase the machine footprint size by *adding additional modules should the need arise, introducing the concept of “Versatility built-in”.

Conçus pour s'adapter parfaitement les uns aux autres
Le cahier des charges était court : concevoir et construire une machine de premier ordre, offrant une précision inégalée, la plus grande capacité de charge et, surtout, être le premier choix en matière de machines de découpe plasma à commande numérique. Nous ne voulions pas nous approvisionner en composants sur étagère à partir d’un catalogue, nous ne voulions pas d’un méli-mélo de composants assemblés, aboutissant à une machine médiocre ! Pour atteindre cet objectif ambitieux, nous sommes retournés à la planche à dessin pour créer une machine conçue dès le départ, par nous, pour nos clients. Nous avons conçu chaque composant individuel pour qu’il s’emboîte parfaitement afin de produire la machine que nos clients méritent. Une machine de conception et de construction robustes, capable de fonctionner en permanence dans les environnements de travail les plus difficiles, tout en garantissant la précision.
