Depending on the KUTAVAR package purchased, you will receive a minimum 2 days of installation and training on your new KUTAVAR Machine at your site, making it personal and very intuitive.
Installation on-site is minimal, as every KUTAVAR machine that leaves the factory, goes through a complete 48 hour testing process.
Our fleet of engineers are fully certified and trained to work the machine in any application.
Once you have the machine installed, we have an internal service team, who are available for online support through teamviewer or remote access, furthermore, our team are on-hand to give backup on site visits, should you require them.
We enroll an annual service plan which results in the continuation of your five year warranty, to ensure your machine continues to perform at it’s best.

- Test run machine.
- Gantry operational check.
- Cutting performance overview.
- Component fault diagnosis.
- Software upgrade to latest version.
- 20% discount on parts.
- Service of LEV units (if purchased with a KUTAVAR Machine).
- Additional Operator training if required.
Exclusions
- Any Consumable Parts.
- Accidental damage to the equipment.

Direct Sales – Simply agree to our annual service agreement, this is a rolling 12-month agreement that covers you for all parts, labour & callouts for the duration of the agreement.
Distributor purchase – Annual service agreement sent by the distributor.

Have your machine serviced yearly by an approved KUTAVAR engineer.
This guarantees your KUTAVAR machine will operate as it did when it was first installed.
No, whilst you can still have your KUTAVAR machine serviced to keep it in peak condition, any breakdowns will be chargeable.
Simply contact us, either by phone or email and we’ll take it from there.
We may have to dispatch an engineer or we may be able to resolve any issues via phone / remote access.
If you don’t want to have your machine serviced by one of our qualified engineers then you don’t have to.
You’re still completely covered on replacement parts, labour and callout fees, but only for the first 12 months following the installation.
You can sign up to the Annual Service Agreement at a later date (exclusions apply).
