All new KUTAVAR machines are covered with a comprehensive five-year parts and labour warranty, backed with spare parts and consumables held in stock.
We have our own dedicated service engineers available, should the need arise. Giving you a fully comprehensive local, personalised service ensuring maximum productivity and minimum downtime for your business.

Direct Sales – Simply agree to our annual service agreement, this is a rolling 12-month agreement that covers you for all parts, labour & callouts for the duration of the agreement.
Distributor purchase – Annual service agreement sent by the distributor.
Parts, labour and callout fees (exclusions apply) see terms & conditions, available on request.
Follow the preventative maintenance guide, set out by KUTAVAR.
Have your machine serviced yearly by an approved KUTAVAR engineer.
This guarantees your KUTAVAR machine will operate as it did when it was first installed.
No, whilst you can still have your KUTAVAR machine serviced to keep it in peak condition, any breakdowns will be chargeable.
Simply contact us, either by phone or email and we’ll take it from there.
We may have to dispatch an engineer or we may be able to resolve any issues via phone / remote access.
If you don’t want to have your machine serviced by one of our qualified engineers then you don’t have to.
You’re still completely covered on replacement parts, labour and callout fees, but only for the first 12 months following the installation.
You can sign up to the Annual Service Agreement at a later date (exclusions apply).
