Greasing The Carriages
Our carriages are fully enclosed to prevent dust, and grime from damaging the performance of your machine. We recommend our carriages to be regularly lubricated via easily accessible grease nipples. Which will keep your KUTAVAR moving smoothly.
Replacing Slats – Free DXFs Available
Over time, the slats on the KUTAVAR table will collect waste from cutting and the slats will start to deteriorate.
We share the DXF drawing files of the slats, with our customers so they can become self-sufficient and cut out new slats for themselves.

Emptying Bed of Dross/Waste
We recommend emptying your KUTAVAR table bed regularly to remove dross / waste and any debris. This prevents buildup that can affect future cuts and the overall longevity of the table.
Replenishing Biologicut Fluid
The KUTAVAR Waterbed Table slats sit within a tank filled with water and biologicut fluid, we recommend refilling the tank of biologicut fluid, when the pH of the solution drops below nine.
Changing Filters on Fume Extraction
When using a fume extraction system, it is essential to change the filters regularly, filters that are clogged can restrict airflow, which can adversely harm the health of the operator(s).
Keeping Software Up To Date
We recommend always using the latest version of the KUTAVAR software. Check for updates on your software to ensure you are always up to date.
Yearly Servicing
Have your machine serviced yearly by an approved KUTAVAR engineer.
This guarantees your KUTAVAR machine will operate as it did when it was first installed.
