Hypertherm Powersource Upgrade
Having previously used a Hypertherm Powermax125 to cut their material, Henry noticed a considerable improvement after changing to a Hypertherm MAXPRO200. For mild steel, the MAXPRO200 offers the ability to cut with oxygen as the plasma gas. Providing a cleaner edge and faster cutting compared to air plasma.
“We felt that the bigger Hypertherm unit we’ve got on this machine gives us a much better product than we were having previously… It’s handling the volume so far we’re putting onto it really well.”
KUTAVAR’s Buy-Back Scheme and ROI
Henry says that his previous CNC machine managed to pay itself back within six months, and expects his far more advanced KUTAVAR package to follow suit.
Having owned their previous machine for five years, S & H had written it off financially. After a visual inspection of their old machine, we were able to provide a competitive offer to part-exchange.
