KUTAVAR work closely with Kjellberg and is compatible with the complete range of mechanised and automated plasma systems. This includes the Cutfire100i, K200, Smartfocus series, and the Q Series.

Kjellberg Cutfire 100i
The Kjellberg CutFire100i is a 100A air-plasma power source with a 100% duty cycle and a 20 mm pierce on mild steel & stainless, with 15 mm on Aluminium.
The CutFire100i uses compressed air for the plasma gas and cooling, providing excellent cut quality at a low cost.

Kjellberg K200
Kjellberg’s newest machine, the K200 was unveiled at Schweissen und Schneiden 2023 and formally released Q1 of 2024. The K200 cuts with oxygen, air, and nitrogen between 1 and 60mm with a maximum current of 200 A.
Integrated gas control and torch height control enable precise cuts that find the middle ground between conventional air plasma and high-definition quality.

Kjellberg SmartFocus Series
High-definition cutting between 35 – 400A, the Kjellberg Smart Focus Series offers a smooth transition into high-definition plasma cutting for a low investment.
Contour Cut technology removes operator error for intricate cuts and small holes while optimised gas control units reduce gas consumption and cost per metre cut.

Kjellberg Q Series
Kjellberg Q Series marks the pinnacle of high-definition plasma cutting. With the fastest cutting speed in its class, a maximum pierce of 50mm on mild steel and stainless, and 60mm on aluminium.
Q series machines are designed with Industry 4.0 in mind, Kjellberg Q-desk software provides real-time data and analysis, allowing you minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
