CNC Gas Cutting
Many KUTAVAR customers opt for a combined CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting system. However, at KUTAVAR we can provide a standalone CNC oxy-fuel machine.
KUTAVAR flexibly enables changing from CNC plasma to oxy-fuel via manual swap-over. Combining CNC plasma and oxy-fuel gas cutting within the same machine footprint keeps our machines truly compact, saves space, and money, by removing the need for separate thermal cutting machines.
Primary uses and applications:
- Cutting steel for fabrication or dismantling
- Cutting thicker material (Our machine allows you to cut up to 100mm)
- Heating parts for bending, straightening, heat treating or other reasons
- Loosening stuck, rusty parts and bolts during rework/repair; unlike plasma, oxyfuel can loosen a rusty nut from a bolt without damage

Raised Gantry for Oxy-fuel
KUTAVAR allows for the clean cutting of mild steel up to 100 mm thick with our CNC Oxy-fuel gas cutting torch. We raise our gantry clearance by an additional 120mm (280mm total clearance) to allow such thick material to be cut.
Due to the relatively basic requirements of Oxy-fuel cutting, it becomes an ideal choice for those without access to three-phase power. Often found in rural and remote settings, e.g. farmers.
The New and Improved Gas Cutting Torch
The new and improved Gas Cutting Torch is now operated completely from the KUTAVAR Control Unit, allowing you to control gas flow, ignition, pre-heat and cut, in complete safety.
