Warranty FAQs
Every machine comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of one year.
A planned service covers the machine, the optics and the assist gas system, with a report on anything that needs attention before it becomes a breakdown.
Our engineers cover the UK and Ireland from Hereford, and many issues are diagnosed remotely the same day. Issues that require site work are typically within 1-2 days depending on location.
Yes — nozzles, protective windows and wear parts are stocked in Hereford and dispatched directly to you.
Yes. Operator training is delivered on site at handover, and refresher training can be booked at any time.
